We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase if the product you received is unsuitable or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it in with all tags still attached. It must be in its original packaging.

We can not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks due to hygiene reasons.

Any items which are discontinued or no longer sold on the website can not be exchanged or returned for refund. This may also include certain sale items.

You will be eligible for all shipping costs unless told otherwise by GymRoyalty.

Please email with your order number, reason for return, the product(s) you wish to exchange the return for, your name and address.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your exchange or refund to be processed.

We will not be held responsible for the loss of any returned items. We suggest that you obtain proof of postage and take out parcel insurance to cover against any consequential loss by the post office.
