Where's my order?

UK Orders

If you've paid to track your order please go to  www.royalmail.com  to check the status of your order. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact Royal Mail prior to contacting ourselves.

 International Orders

All of our international orders are sent via Royal Mail. If you have paid to get your order tracked please go to  www.royalmail.com  to check the status of your order. If your order hasn't been updated for 5 days or more please contact us at  support@gymroyalty.co.uk  and we will look into the matter.

*Please allow a few extra days as it's likely that your order may have been slightly delayed due to reasons out of our control

Do you ship to my country?

 Yes, we ship worldwide.

I have chosen the wrong size or item in my order?

If you have accidentally chosen the wrong size or item in your order you must contact us immediately at  support@gymroyalty.co.uk  giving us your order number, name and address and a member of our team will contact you on what to do next.

 We advise you to contact us as soon as you can as we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. Once the order has been processed ready for dispatch we will be unable to make any amendments to your order. Should you wish to exchange an item but you are too late you will be responsible for the shipping costs. 

I received the wrong item

It is highly unlikely, but if you have received the wrong item or size please contact us immediately at  support@gymroyalty.co.uk  and we will rectify the problem immediately and reimburse you for the costs returning the item(s) back to us.

I've received a faulty item

If you believe you've received a faulty item please contact us at  returns@gymroyalty.co.uk.  We may ask you to return the item as we would need to pass it on to our quality control team where they will inspect the item. If the item is faulty we will reimburse you the shipping costs for getting the item back to us. 

The item I want is out of stock

Please contact one of our team at  info@gymroyalty.co.uk  and they will inform you when the item is likely to be back in stock.
